I started downloading and opening the provided file. Then i went into each composition and set the correct layers visible, so comp 1 has the countdown on number 1. Then i duplicated the comp with CMND + D and continued setting the rest of the comps.
then on the timeline i arranged my layers so that after each second of the timeline the next comp with the next number would start playing overtop of the previous.
